Salesforce Product Manager

• Support evolving the Salesforce product vision and roadmap, aligned with company priorities and focused on enhancing B2B commercial processes and partner experience. • Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment across teams and measurable business impact. • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define problems and shape data-driven solutions, based on insights, user feedback and business needs. • Drive execution and delivery, working closely with Engineering, Architecture and Design to build scalable and efficient solutions. • Ensure adoption and value realization, tracking KPIs and continuously optimizing product performance. • Act as the key interface between business and IT, facilitating alignment, managing dependencies and ensuring smooth collaboration. • Promote innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on: AI-driven automation (Agentforce / agentic capabilities), Customer engagement & personalization, Marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus).
  • Experience in B2B environments, understanding commercial processes, sales cycles and partner management.
  • Proven experience managing product roadmaps and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to AI / automation / agentic solutions (e.g., Agentforce).
  • Nice to Have Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong understanding of business needs and how to translate them into product solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong ownership and execution capability, with ability to drive initiatives to completion.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with focus on impact and value generation.
  • Languages Spanish and English
