The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of GroundTruth’s Salesforce platform. This role will manage user access, system configuration, automation, reporting, data integrity, and platform enhancements while serving as a trusted partner to business teams. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering reliable, scalable Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and support business growth. - Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and access controls. - Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and business workflows to support business needs. - Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful business insights, KPIs, and data-driven decision support. - Provide day-to-day Salesforce support by troubleshooting system issues, resolving user requests, maintaining documentation, and delivering user training when needed. - Manage data quality through imports, exports, mass updates, data cleansing, and governance practices while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. - Support Salesforce integrations, deployment activities, and platform enhancements by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable system performance and continuous improvement. Qualifications - University degree or requisite professional certification (ADM 201). - 3+ years of experience of Salesforce administration. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects. - Expert knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning experience. - Understanding of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party applications. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
