• Take approved, on-brand templates and produce high volumes of design variations across multiple channels • Adapt creative for demand generation campaigns and our partner program, including digital ads, landing page visuals, email graphics, and paid and organic social assets • Create and update slide presentations, sales decks, and internal materials • Support monthly promotions, events, and trade shows with consistent, high-quality assets • Resize, localize, and version designs for different platforms and formats • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, typography, and visual systems • Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery • Use tools and workflows (including AI-assisted tools where appropriate) to increase speed and efficiency without sacrificing quality

• Own the overarching technical architecture and governance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring all implementations align with enterprise-grade scalability, security, and performance standards. • Define, document, and enforce global development standards, branching strategies, design patterns, and CI/CD maturity models for the entire Salesforce team. • Establish platform guardrails to proactively manage governor limits, data storage, and technical debt across all clouds. • Architect end-to-end solutions within Sales and Service Clouds, optimizing complex automated workflows, large data volumes (LDV), and highly customized Service Console/CTI integrations. • Drive the architectural direction for Experience Cloud, utilizing Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) to build highly secure, globally performant, and deeply integrated self-service and partner portals. • Own the security architecture for external-facing sites, establishing strict data sharing rules, guest user security policies, and vulnerability mitigations. • Architect and oversee the full Salesforce Billing and CPQ lifecycle, ensuring seamless, audit-ready data flows across pricing, billing rules, invoice generation, revenue recognition, and financial close processes. • Serve as the technical owner of the synchronization layer between Salesforce Billing and the General Ledger (Sage Intacct / ERP), ensuring absolute data integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and robust error-recovery frameworks. • Partner directly with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to translate complex corporate revenue policies into scalable automated platform mechanics. • Design robust, decoupled integration architectures utilizing MuleSoft, event-driven patterns (Platform Events, Pub/Sub API), and secure REST/SOAP frameworks. • Define the integration strategy for contract lifecycle management (CLM) and document automation tools (DocuSign, Conga) across the enterprise. • Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for the Salesforce engineering team, unblocking complex debugging scenarios across integrations and billing runs. • Actively mentor Senior and Mid-level developers and administrators, cultivating a culture of engineering excellence, continuous learning, and architectural thinking. • Lead technical design reviews and architecture review boards, providing critical feedback on major initiatives before code hits production.

• Edit high volumes of short-form video content for paid and organic social channels • Turn long-form content (e.g., podcasts, webinars) into engaging short clips • Adapt and version video assets for multiple formats and platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.) • Execute against templates, brand guidelines, and creative direction provided by the internal team • Add captions, motion graphics, music, and basic effects to enhance engagement • Support campaigns, product marketing, and promotions with fast-turn video assets • Manage quick turnarounds, including same-day or overnight requests when needed • Maintain strong organization of files, assets, and versions

• Manage purchase orders, contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking for KOL engagements. • Coordinate contract execution through DocuSign and maintain accurate project documentation. • Ensure all KOL payments are processed accurately and on time. • Track engagement details, deliverables, compensation, and agreement status. • Maintain centralized tracking of KOL, event, and content-related expenses. • Monitor budgets, actual spend, and financial commitments. • Provide visibility and updates to internal stakeholders. • Manage KOL and event workflows within Asana and internal systems. • Coordinate event logistics, timelines, contracts, communications, and deliverables. • Research speaking opportunities and track event participation. • Prepare event-related communications, scheduling, and presentation materials. • Support lead capture initiatives and event engagement activities. • Track content production timelines and deliverables across videos, podcasts, webinars, and marketing assets. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule. • Organize and distribute final content assets. • Identify and escalate risks that may impact deadlines. • Build and maintain weekly reporting for KOL, webinar, referral, and event performance. • Pull data from systems such as Salesforce and PartnerStack. • Deliver accurate, organized performance reports and pipeline metrics on a weekly basis.

• Immediately take the lead on the end-to-end performance testing, analysis, and tuning for the newly acquired Truelark platform. • Architect, build, and maintain a scalable, automated performance testing framework deeply integrated into our CI/CD pipelines. • Develop and document reference implementations for performance testing critical path systems. • Go beyond surface-level metrics to perform deep root cause analysis of performance bottlenecks. • Partner closely with infrastructure and product teams to define, measure, and monitor SLOs for latency, throughput, and availability of critical services.

• Monthly Product Launch and Enablement Updates: Own the end-to-end coordination of our monthly launch and enablement process. • Sales & Internal Enablement Assets: Support the creation and maintenance of sales collateral. • Competitive Intelligence Tracking: Monitor competitor news, feature launches, and pricing changes. • Social Proof Creation: Help identify happy customers and coordinate the production of case studies. • Web & Content Audits: Regularly audit the website to ensure product descriptions are accurate. • Messaging Analysis & Compliance: Review and analyze recorded customer conversations to spot messaging drift.

• You will own the core services responsible for authenticating every entity—human and machine—within the ecosystem. • You will be defining how fine-grained permissions are modeled, inherited, and enforced across a massive, multi-tenant hierarchy of organizations and locations. • You will own the internal SDKs, gRPC contracts, and middleware that allow over 150+ downstream engineers to integrate security features into their products without needing to be cryptography experts. • You will manage the infrastructure that bridges our platform with the world, including federated identity (SSO), automated provisioning (SCIM), and secure machine-to-machine (M2M) communication protocols. • Improve system observability (MTTD/MTTR) by integrating monitoring and load-testing protocols into our Tier-1 services. • You are the guardian of the "Source of Truth." You will own the immutability and reliability of our audit logging pipelines and the consistency of identity data. • As a founding member of the regional hub, you will own the technical bar and operational culture for the India-based arm of the team, ensuring seamless asynchronous collaboration with the US-based team members.
