Role Description We are seeking a Northern Europe Medical Device & Pharmaceutical Indirect Sales Manager to join the EMEA DuPont™ Tyvek® Healthcare Packaging team. This position will report to the EMEA Tyvek® Roll Goods Sales Leader. This is a highly strategic commercial role focused on expanding the adoption of Tyvek®, the industry's leading material for sterile medical and pharmaceutical packaging. You will engage directly with Medical Device Manufacturers (MDMs), pharmaceutical companies, and key healthcare value-chain partners to: - Identify new business opportunities - Strengthen strategic relationships - Drive sustainable growth across Northern Europe and the broader EMEA region As a trusted advisor and business development leader, you will: - Influence material selection - Support innovation projects - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with customers and DuPont teams around the globe This is a remote, home-based position with significant customer-facing engagement across the EMEA healthcare market. What You'll Do: - Maintain and expand relationships with large and strategic MDMs, as well as mid-size and start-ups with high-growth profile, that serve the EMEA/global Healthcare Packaging market. South European region will be a priority target. - Inspire trust and build sustainable customer relationships to drive the opportunity pipeline. - Work collaboratively to assess and secure business at risk, negotiate incent-to-use and new opportunity contracts. - Work with the value chain to extend DuPont’s value proposition across critical MDM accounts to maximize business results, increase brand awareness, sustainability and grow revenues in the Healthcare market segment. - Engage with global team where appropriate and create detailed account plans and contact strategies in a way that enhances cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise. - Support medical device and pharmaceutical companies & account contacts to develop a pipeline of targeted opportunities that promotes and secures Tyvek® for new applications and/or alternative material replacement to Tyvek®. - Facilitate cross functional collaboration with DuPont technical, quality, product management, supply chain, customer service and marketing team members, to address customer needs. - Engage and actively participate in regional Healthcare Industry Organizations. Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters in STEM field or in Sales/business administration. Advanced technical degree preferred. - Must possess competency in packaging science, nonwovens, films, coatings, and adhesives. - 5+ years of experience in healthcare industry - technical sales experience highly preferred. - Work experience at a major OEM or Tier 1 supplier. - Familiarity with the technical and regulatory requirements (including sustainability regulations) of evaluating and commercializing materials in healthcare packaging. - Pragmatic, inspirational, problem solving, results oriented & resilient hunter mindset. - Building sustainable relationships: ability to quickly secure the confidence and trust of others when facing the customer and within DuPont. - Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to influence key stakeholders both internal and external. - Strong professional presence, business acumen and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical skills. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop an execution plan. - Experience with sales pipeline/opportunity management and CRM tools such as SFDC. - PowerPoint and Excel Savvy. Location - Remote, Northern Europe (Galway preferred). Travel - ~60% across EMEA.
