Key Responsibilities Technical Support: - Offers technical support and exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving issues. - Provide customer technical support on the product range and coordinate generation of technical data necessary to qualify the product for customers and targeted applications with a goal of gaining customer approval. - Develop and provide product training and assist with product literature. Customer Engagement: - Communicate effectively with customers to gather feedback, fully understand their needs, and provide customized solutions. - Act as a product representative for our customers. Attend meetings, provide presentations, sometimes on the customer site. - Follow the qualification, at the customers, and ensure the conformity of our products to the industry standards. Documentation Maintenance: - Maintain precise documentation of test results, procedures, and customer interactions to ensure traceability and compliance. Document results in the required customer format. - Conduct analytical, experimental, investigative, and other fact-finding work to support the customer. - Provide scientific understanding of the observed phenomena, over composition, process, and performance relationship. Troubleshooting & Quality Management: - Develop and implement strategic approaches for troubleshooting quality issues related to product performance and application. Collaboration: - Active member of project team. Participate in the global technical network and ensure knowledge transfer. - Contribute to the site programs (such as safety and quality). Adherence to product stewardship is required.
