This position actively works to identify new opportunities at current and prospective customers by promoting and selling DuPont Healthcare business solutions for profitable business growth. - Achieves sales, business development goals and objectives primarily in Bio Pharma Processing (BPP), followed by Volume Extrusion & Medical Packaging Films territory aligned with business strategies and marketing plans. - Develops and builds relationships with customers, prospects, key influencers and decision makers in BPP, Volume Extrusion & Medical Packaging Films value chain. - Manage large multinationals accounts as well as emerging players with development of account plans with cross-functional account team to create long term value creation and growth. - Develop new business with new customers with focus on target segments in Benelux & DACH regions in Europe. - Manage a pipeline of business opportunities that are aligned with strategy to deliver above market growth in target segments. - Collaborate with peers cross-functionally and in commercial functions in other regions to deliver a consistent, customer-centric experience for global large accounts and to replicate growth strategies. - Identify, and develop solutions to solve customer problems resulting in new business opportunities and profitable revenue growth which will be documented in Salesforce. - Possesses a thorough knowledge of products and targeted applications in BPP, Volume extrusion. - Effectively negotiate pricing, supply agreements, credit and CDA with customers. - Demonstrate sales excellence and inspire excellence in others. - Understand and proactively analyze customer’s product and service needs, industry, and business. - Shares business, competitive and industry intelligence with Dupont counterparts (marketing, research and development, tech service, customer service, etc) to promote increased revenue and value. - Provide sales forecasting on a monthly basis. - Understand and utilize the full power of Dupont including cross industry or product opportunities. Qualifications - Degree in Bio-Chemical Engineering or another related field. - 4+ years of experience in Bio Pharma Processing highly preferred or adjacent Healthcare segments in sales, marketing, technical service or other relevant customer-facing experiences. - Knowledge of key players (large and SMEs) in EMEA BPP, Volume Extrusion, Medical packaging films industries with strong network required. - Strong technical background or process expertise in Bio Pharma Processing is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). - Ability to work independently and strong team player. - Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and with customers. - Positive oriented attitude and able to work well in demanding and fast-paced environments. - Strong drive for results and a passion for customers. - Use and knowledge of Salesforce helpful. - Experience utilizing trade shows and other channels along with different conferences both educational and customer oriented. - Travel: This position requires minimum 50% travel across Benelux & DACH regions in Europe. - Language: English and another European language (French, German preferred). - Location: Remote in Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France are preferred, other relevant countries in EMEA could be considered.
