Your mission: enable customers to sync their HRIS with Remote's employment infrastructure for Payroll, EOR, and Contractors through reliable, well-designed technical integrations. Qualifications - Track record as a Product Manager with a strong focus on Integrations, APIs, or Platform ecosystems. - Deep empathy for customers and a strong sense of what matters most in their day-to-day workflows. - Proven experience building trusted relationships with external organizations and communicating clearly in partner-facing settings. - Strong ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, navigate trade-offs, and keep teams focused on what matters most for customers. - A passion for effortless experiences; you believe that data syncing, even at scale across jurisdictions, should feel simple and seamless to the end user. - Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code (Required): you must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes. - Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, Personio, ADP, Paychex, or similar) is a nice to have. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can explain complex technical integrations to non-technical executives and clearly articulate value to external partners. - Business-level proficiency writing and speaking English.
