Head of Product

• Define and shape the long-term product vision and portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and market evolution. • Set the strategic direction and scaling of the Network Managed Services proposition (e.g. SD-WAN, SASE, managed security), establishing it as a core pillar of future revenue and enterprise positioning. • Own the portfolio P&L with accountability for high-impact, high-risk decisions affecting revenue, margin, investment and long-term value creation. • Act as a recognised internal and external product authority on telecoms, digital infrastructure and managed services trends anticipating change and shaping organisational response. • Build and leverage strategic partnerships (vendors, hyperscalers, channel partners) to extend capabilities, accelerate innovation and enable indirect routes to market. • Ensure products and infrastructure are designed for scale, interoperability and monetisation through wholesale, white-label and platform-based business models. • Lead through influence across Finance, Technology, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations aligning priorities, shaping decisions and enabling delivery at scale. • Drive the transition toward agile, product-led and service-based operating models, building organisational capability in modern product management practices. • Shape product strategy with awareness of regulatory, compliance and international market dynamics, ensuring scalable and sustainable expansion

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in telecoms and managed services
  • Strong understanding of connectivity, digital infrastructure, and value-added services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, and managed security solutions
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-led operating models
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
