Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations
Remote
• Integration Architecture & Design: Lead deep-dive technical discovery into Remote’s APIs and partner APIs. Understand data mapping, data flows, authentication flows, API keys, edge cases, and compliance requirements across 100+ countries. • Customer-Led Prioritization: Prioritize integration work based on customer needs, product impact, technical feasibility, and operational complexity. • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners. Translate customer and partner requirements into clear technical specs, manage dependencies, and unblock delivery. • Quality & Reliability: Sweat the details of data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability so integrations work well in real customer workflows. • Measure Integration Impact: Establish and track KPIs for technical performance and customer outcomes, including adoption, reliability, retention, and customer satisfaction. • Drive Product Feedback: Turn integration learnings into clear, actionable feedback for Remote teams — what to add, fix, and improve across APIs, CLIs, and the product overall.
Job Requirements

- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, navigate trade-offs, and keep teams focused on what matters most for customers.

- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code (Required): You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes — not just write specs. You can understand sample code, API responses, and integration flows hands-on.
- Domain Expertise (HRIS/Payroll - nice to have): Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, Personio, ADP, Paychex, or similar). You understand data models, sync patterns, and common integration pain points in the space.
