• Administer DWH layers (DDS/CDM) and develop BI assets (e.g., dashboards in Power BI). • Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with stakeholders (Risk, Sales, Data Science, etc.). • Ensure data quality, resolve issues, and support integration of data sources. • Document BI standards and manage data governance strategies. • Oversee task delivery via Jira and maintain data monitoring tools.

• Develop and maintain financial models specific to the Card Business, including forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. • Conduct in-depth profitability analyses of card products to guide strategic pricing and marketing initiatives. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Technology, to ensure alignment on financial objectives. • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making. • Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and risks. • Support ad-hoc financial analyses and projects that drive business value and inform strategic planning. • Financial support - revenue simulation, case assessment, performance tracking (portfolio and vintage profitability)

• Own the end-to-end user experience and interface design for Renmoney’s digital products and front-end channels delivering solutions that increase user acquisition, engagement and retention • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to transform business goals into user-centric designs, consistently shipping high-impact product features. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights to refine designs, targeting a 90%+ user satisfaction score. • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs using tools like Figma. • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across platforms. • Advocate for design thinking and user-first principles across the organization. • Mentor junior designers, helping them grow into confident contributors.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to translate business goals into clear product and system requirements. • Lead discovery and requirements gathering for new features, products, and process improvements. • Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation. • Support product delivery by clarifying requirements, managing scope, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. • Analyze business processes, product performance, and operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities. • Ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.
