• Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in one of our many clinics across Canada • Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments • Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards of HearCANADA • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills • Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM) • Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling
  • Health industry experience is considered an asset
  • Able to exercise empathy, and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss
  • Preference given to candidates who are demonstrably bilingual (English, French)
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs
  • Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools
  • Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently

The successful candidate will play a key role in the U.S. leading the sales organization to deliver against the AMVUTTRA territory, area and national goals. They will be responsible for TTR product commercialization through diligent talent selection, leadership and oversight of our field based TTR Regional Business Directors with appropriate coordination across Alnylam Assist® (our in-house Patient Support Services team), Field Reimbursement, Training, Business Operations, Legal and Compliance.
