Qualifications - Understanding of the online advertising industry, especially performance marketing; - About 2 years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns in a client-facing role; - Flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings; - Self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight time frames; - Excellent communication and presentation skills; - Proven experience in negotiations, with a strong focus on upselling and proactive selling; - Ability to keep open communication, particularly when working remotely; - Fluency in English (C1 or above) is required; proficiency in an additional market-relevant language (including Russian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian) is a plus.
