Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator to join our fast-growing company and work in a holistic role focused on supporting the campaign execution and client relations teams. - Assist in pulling platform data & preparing reports for clients and internal teams. - Prepare campaign analysis of paid initiatives across social publishers, as well as programmatic DSP/SSP platforms such as Beeswax, Groundtruth, and Amazon. - Assist in client relations, managing and supporting your clients as a day-to-day point of contact. - Create and execute operations processes with an eye on efficiency, safeguards, and continuous improvement to ensure the success of both client teams and the ad operations team. - Beta test internal proprietary technology and provide recommendations and feedback. - Participate in weekly training, daily team meetings, quarterly company-wide meetings, and more. - Ensure client goals are met through proactive management and optimization. Qualifications - Analytical, organized, and able to balance a variety of to-dos both long- and short-term. - Not afraid of getting down and dirty with numbers and basic math. - Great with Excel and looking to use it in a dynamic way. - Results-driven, with a focus on ROI. - Comfortable speaking up in meetings and aren’t afraid to bring up ideas you have for improvement. - Able to proactively solve problems before they arise. - Flexible and can adjust to a rapidly changing business. - Aware of the value of digital advertising and want to work in the space. - Actively monitors the latest trends in social and digital advertising, including advertising formats, channels, and technologies, to keep up with the industry. Requirements - Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs. - Demonstrated ability to learn and work with new technology. - Ability to communicate with teams internally and clients externally. - Problem-solving mentality with a high attention to detail. - A proactive attitude and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Demonstrable analytical skills.

Role Description Under the direction of the Lead Account Manager FRM, the Automotive - Key Account Manager - Fluid Routing Management (FRM) will focus on developing sales growth at the FRM-targeted accounts. This will be achieved while supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions, and required documentation. - Work with management to establish strategies and actions with targeted account personnel that will lead to growth in North America. - Work closely with FRM account engineers and buyers to achieve preferred sourcing status at targeted FRM accounts, including managing specification, design, and pricing activities. - Collaborate with the HT Product Management team to identify and promote line extensions and new products required to support FRM business growth. - Communicate regularly with global counterparts to leverage global opportunities into sales for North America and provide the global team with insights from North American activities to maximize global sales growth. - Identify and communicate design trends and requirements to the Automotive team. - Work closely with HT OEM account managers as required to ensure coordination. - Effectively present HellermannTyton’s global strengths and capabilities to key account drivers to strengthen brand perception and increase vision for opportunities. - Proactively create recommendations for improvements to grow HellermannTyton’s automotive business.
