Role Description We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer to support the delivery of a well-defined Salesforce initiative. The solution architecture is complete, and user stories are documented; the primary need is execution. This is a configuration-focused role with limited, well-scoped development tasks. You will work closely with an experienced Solution Architect and Senior Salesforce Developer, making it an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while contributing directly to real delivery outcomes. Qualifications - 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Platform Developer. - Strong Salesforce configuration skills (objects, flows, automation, security model). - Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce. - Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and automation patterns. - Experience delivering well-defined user stories in a structured environment.
