Salesforce Architect

Elfonze Technologies

• Design and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. • Lead high-level and low-level design discussions, translating business requirements into scalable technical blueprints. • Drive decisions on: Flow vs. Apex vs. LWC, Sync vs Async processing, On-platform vs external system processing. • Ensure solutions are optimised for scalability, performance, and Salesforce governor limits. • Design robust data models custom objects, relationships, indexing strategies, and data archival. • Handle Large Data Volume (LDV) scenarios skinny tables, indexed fields, SOQL optimisation, archiving. • Implement and govern the Salesforce security model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security. • Work closely with IT CRM and business team to analyze requirements, design solutions and plan future releases. • Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across the team. • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, Business analysts, Architects and IT SMEs to design and deliver solutions. • Design integration patterns using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware platforms. • Define API strategies — REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in Salesforce with architecture-level responsibility
  • Salesforce Architecture End-to-end solution design, LDV handling, limit-aware design
  • Strong hands-on coding — must write and review Apex & LWC code directly
  • Data Modeling Objects, relationships, indexing, archival strategies
  • Security Model Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Model, FLS
  • Async Processing Queueable, Batch Apex, Future methods
  • Integration MuleSoft or equivalent, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC
  • MUST HAVE — Hands-on working experience with Agentforce (Topics, Sub-agents, Prompt Design)
  • MUST HAVE — Hands-on working experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, harmonisation, identity resolution)
  • Clear articulation of decisions to business & technical stakeholders
