• Lead technical design, development, and implementation for enabling solutions in Oracle Cloud framework. • Design and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, including REST, SOAP, file-based, event-based, and scheduled integrations. • Design OCI-based solutions using services such as Compute, Storage, VCN, IAM, Load Balancer, Functions, API Gateway, and Autonomous Database. • Provide technical leadership to developers, integration engineers, and support teams. • Provide oversight of external consulting technical support team members and ticket management process. • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Financial applications and other finance systems.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting technical components for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules like Accounting Hub, Intercompany, Payables, Cash management, Receivables, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Subledger Accounting, FDI reporting.
  • Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, adapters, connections, orchestration, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion APIs, BIP reports, FBDI, ADFdi, ESS jobs, and HDL/HSDL where applicable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable interfacing with all levels and across all departments within the organization.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT, SQL, PL/SQL, and web services.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and deployment automation is a plus.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Role Description We are seeking a Systems Engineering Helpdesk Analyst to support IT operations for our client. This role will serve as a key resource for end-user support, hardware lifecycle management, and Microsoft 365 administration, ensuring staff have reliable access to the tools and systems needed to deliver patient care and business operations. The Systems Engineering Helpdesk Analyst will provide frontline IT support across Clients hardware and software environments. This individual will: - Manage new employee onboarding from a technology perspective. - Maintain Microsoft 365 services including Intune and Entra ID. - Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 support during core business hours.
