• Install, maintain, and repair x-ray inspection systems at customer locations. • Perform system upgrades and deliver hands-on training to customers. • Generate detailed service documentation including reports, protocols, and RMAs. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend service solutions. • Provide remote troubleshooting and support via phone and online tools. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and suppliers to analyze and resolve system failures. • Maintain accurate CRM records, service tickets, and knowledge base entries. • Own and follow up on open issues post-installation or upgrade. • Offer feedback to engineering and operations to support continuous improvement and quality initiatives. • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when needed. • Assist with spare parts identification and support order processing. • Provide technical input for aftermarket product quotations. • Travel internationally, primarily within Europe, with occasional global assignments. • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns and feedback. • Develop and distribute user manuals and troubleshooting guides as needed. • Deliver service training to distributors and regional teams. • Support product demonstrations when required.

• Perform on-site installation, Commissioning, refurbishment, Startup, Maintenance, Trouble Shooting & Upgrading of synchronous and induction machines and excitation & AVR systems and variable speed drives systems. • Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services. • Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites. • Writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis. • Provide leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites. • Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety standards. • Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages

• Conduct on-site installation of sophisticated equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working order • Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance visits • Provide diagnosis and repair support for customers and other field personnel • Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel • Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel • Complete and submit field service reports • Provide training to customers and users on system maintenance • Provide feedback to product quality teams • Provide appropriate input in writing updating and correcting various Thermo Fisher system documentation • Provide guidance for various reports including identifying and isolating outstanding problems with the system • Act as a subject expert and resource for training

• Travel to customer site to support our customers to perform preventive maintenance procedures, system level repairs, system installation, and acceptance testing of Teradyne Defense and Aerospace Test Systems (S9100, SpectrumHS, SpectrumBT Tester, High Speed SubSystem, Tempo). • Interface with various support teams within Teradyne to deliver on Teradyne's commitment to our customers • Provide technical support to customers and field teams either on-site or through phone or email • Identify issues that require escalation with the team • Make recommendations to existing product solutions to improve tester up-time and performance. • Participate in cost reduction, productivity improvement programs • Uphold Teradyne and respect customer core values at all times
