Manager – Finance Product Management

• Oversee the configuration and ongoing support of assigned Workday Finance modules. • Manage enhancement intake, backlog tracking, and prioritization in coordination with stakeholders and the Platform Manager. • Support Workday Feature Release reviews, assess impacts, and coordinate implementation activities. • Serve as a primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders, including managing escalations and issue resolution. • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of Finance Architects, Configurators, and Analysts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize changes and enhancements based on business needs. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution. • Monitor case management processes and ensure timely resolution of system issues, including high-impact items. • Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and best practices in system configuration and support.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Required Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience working with Workday platforms, including significant hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: FDM, Grants, Projects, Procurement
- 3+ years of leadership or team lead experience
- Familiarity with integrations and finance-related system architecture
- Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or deployments.

Responsible for completing varied duties to support the revenue cycle, compliance, and patient experience by accurately and efficiently completing tasks in areas of registration, financial screening, verification, and patient throughput.
