• Own portions of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning process. • Develop financial models that improve visibility into company performance and future investment decisions. • Analyze monthly results, identify business drivers, and communicate actionable insights to leadership. • Partner closely with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and alignment between actuals, forecasts, and KPIs. • Improve and automate planning workflows using AI, modern financial tooling, and scalable processes. • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual reporting through automation and self-service analytics. • Help evolve executive reporting and dashboards that improve decision-making across the organization. • Support board materials, leadership presentations, and strategic planning initiatives. • Collaborate across R&D, G&A, and Operations to understand business performance and financial impact. • Become a trusted finance partner capable of simplifying complex business questions into clear financial recommendations. • Help establish consistent planning disciplines as Dutchie continues to scale.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills with experience building dynamic forecasting models.
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred.
- Strong analytical curiosity and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate analysis, improve workflows, and increase productivity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Role Description The Senior Sales Incentive Compensation & Financial Analyst supports the end-to-end administration of sales incentive compensation and commission programs. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, supporting commission calculations and analysis, administration and inquiry resolution, while partnering closely with Sales Operations and Business Development.
