Job Description

Governance & Investment Review Board Analyst

ERM

• Oversees the scheduling, documentation, and management of the IRBs, governance training, and SharePoint repository to include development and maintenance of workflows required for FPAC governance support. • Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action item, and prepares other technical documentation. • Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates. • Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews. • Supports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests. • Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items. • Reviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports. • Maintains KPI reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards, USDA experience preferred
  • In depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplines.
  • Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization
  • Experience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materials.

Role Description The Senior Sales Incentive Compensation & Financial Analyst supports the end-to-end administration of sales incentive compensation and commission programs. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, supporting commission calculations and analysis, administration and inquiry resolution, while partnering closely with Sales Operations and Business Development. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with autonomy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position requires working a U.S.-aligned schedule ending at 2:00 AM local IST time, providing overlap with U.S. business hours. Primary Responsibilities - Assist with commission plan modeling and analysis. - Procure and validate Salesforce CRM data used in commission calculations. - Support the commission calculation process, including performing quality controls to ensure accuracy. - Assist with drafting, issuing and maintaining commission plan documents and sales enablement materials. - Prepare and distribute commission statements to participants. - Triage, research, and resolve commission inquiries; escalate complex issues as appropriate. - Support ad hoc analysis requests including development of summary materials, insights to support leadership decision making, and executive-ready outputs. - Support territory reassignments and target updates impacting commission calculations.
