Job Description

Large Customer Account Manager

ABB

• Develop an effective business area strategy within the Great Lakes Territory and maintain it. • Improve ABB’s market penetration and realize growth aspirations. • Define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve sales targets. • Communicate to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions. • Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers. • Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration or technical field with a minimum 7 years related experience, OR Master’s degree in Engineering, or Marketing, or Business Administration or technical field with a minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Experience selling to electrical contractors required.
  • Understanding and experience with full portfolio of products and services (including power distribution one-line and installation products)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical industry and ABB products.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
