• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan aligned to growth objectives • Create quarterly go-to-market (GTM) plans by vertical • Define target segments and prioritize growth opportunities • Lead GTM strategy by vertical (Aviation, Education, Commercial, Industrial, Sports & Entertainment) • Build vertical playbooks including messaging, positioning, and campaign approach • Align marketing strategies with service capabilities and business priorities • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, content, and social media) • Own lead generation strategy to drive pipeline growth • Manage social media strategy and execution, ensuring consistent messaging and brand presence • Maintain campaign calendars and track performance across all initiatives • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority accounts • Lead client marketing initiatives that support retention, engagement, and growth within existing accounts • Define and execute event and trade show strategy aligned with vertical goals • Manage participation, planning, and follow-up campaigns to maximize impact • Ensure events contribute to pipeline generation and brand visibility • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence, including battle cards • Monitor industry activity to inform strategy and positioning • Plan and oversee thought leadership content aligned with vertical strategies • Ensure content supports campaign goals and strengthens market positioning • Track and optimize marketing performance based on data and KPIs • Provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and growth impact
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or growth marketing
- Experience in service-based or B2B industries preferred
- Strong background in campaign execution, digital marketing, and events
- Ability to translate strategy into measurable results
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role Description We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to create and execute compelling lifecycle marketing campaigns that address the needs of both current and prospective customers. This role is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of B2C marketing automation programs in support of Katapult’s direct to-consumer marketing objectives. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and reporting of email, SMS and integrated marketing programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, from conceptualization to delivery. Responsibilities - Craft innovative marketing campaigns that resonate deeply with the needs and desires of both current and potential customers. - Develop detailed creative briefs, product engaging copy and collaborate with designers and team members to bring omni-channel marketing campaigns to life. - Design and implement all email and SMS campaigns, from building emails using templates and HTML to copywriting, coordinating assets, quality assurance, and scheduling. - Review and proofread all messaging across email, SMS, and other templates to ensure they are optimized, user-friendly, mobile-friendly, error-free, consistently branded and render correctly. - Support strategic programs through manual and automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails. - Create targeted audiences and segments for each message to boost engagement and drive revenue performance against KPI goals. - Manage lists, campaigns, and other email components in CRM or email platforms like Hubspot and Insider. - Execute the email/SMS marketing calendar and maintain the project tracking in Asana. - Balance email and SMS frequency across program touchpoints to minimize database churn, including marketing, triggered, promotional, and transactional emails. - Leverage customer data, such as web and app behaviors, to personalize messages, segment audiences and build trigger event campaigns effectively. - Plan and conduct A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, record results, and provide recommendations for improvements. - Continuously track and analyze results, offering data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. - Ensure all program assets and data management programs adhere to CANSPAM, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and email best practices. Qualifications - At least 2 years of full-time experience in, and an exceptional command of, email marketing. - Hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms for email marketing; possible platforms could include Braze, HubSpot, Iterable, and Insider. - Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database. - Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch. - Positive, constructive, highly organized and proactive work style. - Desire and ability to work remotely, and a proven track record of successfully and effectively working remotely. - Professional, honest, and committed to supporting and growing an amazing and supportive internal company culture. - Clear and concise communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency using cloud-based software – Microsoft Office, Insider, Hubspot, Social Media platforms, Slack, Asana, Zoom, Contentful, Confluence, etc. - Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL). - Campaign analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS. • The Field Marketing Lead will spend time in the field increasing brand awareness and providing sales support • This includes sampling (indoor/outdoor in various weather conditions) at local event opportunities • Executing quality product demos at key retail accounts and guerilla sampling in public • You will engage consumers and share key product messages at sampling activations and events • You will identify seeding opportunities and build a strong network in the community • You will set up and tear down event site elements • You will maintain an accurate and organized product and asset inventory at local Nutrabolt storage facilities • Working hand in hand with sales team to identify, set up and execute demo opportunities in key accounts • You will interact with and educate customers by providing samples and conducting product demos (when applicable) • You will occasionally participate in Distributor Sales Meetings and market blitz/crew drive activities in your territory • You will submit timely reports through our current CRM tool, Repsly • You will report & track your hours in real time • You will maintain product training goals and certifications
