Role Description Hometown Soccer Holdings (HSH) is building a portfolio of locally rooted MLS NEXT Pro clubs, each deeply embedded in its community and built to create lasting connections with fans. The HR Coordinator will serve as a foundational member of the People & Culture team, responsible for the day-to-day coordination, systems, and programming that ensure every HSH employee experiences a consistent, supportive, and well-organized people function. Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, this role will support the full employee lifecycle across HSH, from recruiting coordination and onboarding through benefits administration and ongoing employee engagement. The HR Coordinator will serve as both an operational backbone and a culture ambassador, working closely with hiring managers, club operators, and external partners. This is a compelling opportunity for an organized, people-first HR professional to help build the people function of a growing multi-club organization from the ground up. - Support recruiting coordination across HSH and its club portfolio, including job posting management, candidate scheduling, communication, and applicant tracking system maintenance. - Own the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring every employee receives a structured, welcoming, and information-rich introduction to HSH and their role. - Administer employee benefits programs, serving as a first point of contact for employee questions and coordinating with benefits providers to ensure accurate enrollment and ongoing plan management. - Manage and maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accessibility across the organization. - Administer HSH's internship program, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing programming that creates a meaningful experience for interns across club and central office teams. - Support employee engagement initiatives, helping to plan and execute programs, events, and communications that strengthen culture and connection across a remote, geographically distributed organization. - Partner with the VP, People & Culture on HR projects, policy development, and operational improvements that support organizational growth. - Build scalable processes and resources that support consistent HR execution across HSH's expanding club portfolio. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a related administrative role. - Hands-on experience with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and benefits administration processes. - Proficiency with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and general HR technology tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-first approach to every interaction. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes and competing priorities. - Experience supporting remote or geographically distributed teams strongly preferred. - Experience in sports, entertainment, or multi-unit consumer businesses strongly preferred.

Role Description Candidate will manage HR functions for a growing organization based in Orlando, FL with remote operations throughout the US and Internationally. - Management of the Human Resources team - Functioning as a Human Resource Business Partner for designated business units - Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and all related reporting - Oversight of the performance management system and annual merit increases - Other duties as assigned Responsibilities - Human Resource Management: Oversight of all Human Resource functions ensuring corporate policies and guidelines are followed, employees are trained and developed to expand their knowledge base, provides advice and recommendations to enhance the department and HR Management throughout the organization. - Employee Relations: Manage progressive disciplinary action within the organization, conduct workplace investigations and coach managers through difficult employee situations and conflict. - Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure all HR practices, benefits administration and compensation plans comply with federal, state and local labor regulations. - HR Metrics & Analytics: Track performance metrics to measure the operational health of the workforce and optimize processes and budgets. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum 7+ years experience in an exempt HR role. - PHR or SPHR certification preferred. - Minimum 5 years experience in an HR management role with a government contractor. - Minimum 5 years experience with labor relations and regulatory compliance to include Affirmative Action Plan administration, VETS 100, EEO-1 and OSHA reporting. - Experience with on-boarding processes. - Experience overseeing benefits administration to include enrollments, billing reconciliation, and open enrollment processes. - Experience managing annual performance appraisal processes and salary administration. - Willingness to work both with a team and independently.
