• Maintain lease databases • Obtain portfolio information • Report to clients and other JLL teams • Administrative support – documents, scans, letters collection • Documents/Invoices tracking in appropriate tools • Documents/Invoices upload into the system/local drive/Sharepoint • Performing database updates/clean ups based on instruction
Job Requirements
- Very good English and another European language
- Availability for at least 25-30 hours per week
- Attention to details, ability to think clearly and precisely
- Some experience in database management would be an asset
- MS Office skills, especially Excel

CMITCMIT was established on January 26, 2007 as a joint venture between Saigon Port, VIMC and APM Terminals.
