Warranty Administrator
WPI
• Accountable for assigned dealers and work involved with assigned claim completion. • Maintain positive communications and interactions with staff at dealerships, manufacturers, and WPI. • Maintain and update account specifics and handling requirements to ensure backups for accounts are provided with knowledge of account requests. • Maintain accurate records of claims throughout all steps of the process, updating claim notes with accurate detail. • Respond to communications timely within WPI expectations. • Punctual dependability, you’re considered the first contact for your accounts. • Use internal reporting to reconcile work weekly and monthly. • Analyze problems, identify trends, and report issues that are affecting the efficiency of claim processing for each assigned account, including proper accounting procedures and communicating with management instances of re-occurring customer guidance. • Assist in providing input towards creating and implementing any Action Plan or strategy to improve warranty processes for customers. • Communicate training or resources needed as required to execute responsibilities efficiently. • Self-Report all issues identified. • Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy and compliance, communicating any inconsistencies noted with customers as necessary. • Communicate with dealers as needed, including helping them with questions or issues. • Follow WPI Policy and Procedures for all claim handling. • Other duties as assigned.

Rate: 10-11 AUD/hour Purpose of Role: - Under the supervision of the National Estimating Manager, the Estimator will closely liaise with Client Project Managers (PMs) and key subcontractors during the tender preparation process to clarify scope, design issues, and achieve the most accurate pricing. - The Estimator will lead and take ownership of allocated tenders, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and professional tender submissions. - Additionally, the Estimator will assist the National Estimating Manager, State Manager, and Project Managers through different stages of the tendering process and preparation of variation submissions during the construction phase.
