Continuing Education Administrator

Lingraphica

• Ensure all ASHA Continuing Education Board requirements and procedures are followed • Serve as the primary contact between Lingraphica and ASHA • Interact directly with external speech-language pathologists • Audit and confirm course rosters • Respond to inquiries and audits from ASHA and other CE governing bodies in a timely manner • Generate and report course completions and promotional materials • Maintain an organized system for required file maintenance • Support the LMS platform (troubleshooting, support, and maintaining monthly self-study offerings)

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3-5 years administrative experience
  • Experience with computer programs including Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Zoom, Slack, Basecamp, Adobe, LMS systems, and CRM systems
  • Ability and willingness to take and pass required exam for CE governing body
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) up to 2 times per year
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading and accurate reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Ability to learn and adhere to all ASHA CE requirements and procedures
