• Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle Primavera Cloud in support of USACE PROMIS project and portfolio management needs. • Support user provisioning, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and routine system administration activities. • Provide project controls and scheduling support, including validation of schedule data, business rules, and reporting outputs aligned with project delivery requirements. • Assist with integrations, data exchanges, testing, defect resolution, release readiness, and production support. • Coordinate with functional, technical, and stakeholder teams to address issues, improve workflows, and support operational adoption. • Develop user guidance and training support materials to help enable effective use of PROMIS and Primavera-related processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, information systems, business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise project management or project controls platforms in a professional environment.
- Ability to work effectively across functional, technical, and stakeholder groups in support of project delivery objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes, support users, and contribute to operational readiness.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Primavera solutions, including Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and/or Primavera P6.
- Experience with project controls, scheduling, reporting, and system administration in a capital projects, construction, or program delivery environment.
- Ability to gather requirements, support configuration, participate in testing, and assist with production support and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a government contract environment and meet applicable access, background, or security requirements.
- Familiarity with USACE PROMIS, USACE project delivery practices, or other federal project/program management environments (Nice to Have).
- Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud modernization, migration, workflow enablement, dashboards, or reporting enhancements (Nice to Have).
- Exposure to integrations, data exchanges, and cross-functional collaboration among business, technical, and project controls teams (Nice to Have).
- Experience creating user guides, job aids, training materials, and supporting end-user adoption (Nice to Have).
- Relevant certifications such as Oracle Primavera, PMP, PMI-SP, or related project controls credentials (Preferred Certifications).

Rate: 10-11 AUD/hour Purpose of Role: - Under the supervision of the National Estimating Manager, the Estimator will closely liaise with Client Project Managers (PMs) and key subcontractors during the tender preparation process to clarify scope, design issues, and achieve the most accurate pricing. - The Estimator will lead and take ownership of allocated tenders, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and professional tender submissions. - Additionally, the Estimator will assist the National Estimating Manager, State Manager, and Project Managers through different stages of the tendering process and preparation of variation submissions during the construction phase.
