• Independent implementation of ORBIS applications with a focus on patient administration • Implementation of business process workflows • Administration of processes from the administrative registration of outpatient and inpatient patients through cost verification, billing preparation and claims/billing processing to administrative statistics • Successfully implement process optimizations in collaboration with clients • Design forward‑looking hospital workflows as part of a team
Job Requirements
- Commercial training in a hospital or social insurance, or a degree in business administration/computer science, or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in inpatient and/or outpatient patient administration
- Experience working with modern IT systems and organizational tools
- Confident and personable manner when dealing with clients
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80% within D‑A‑CH: Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Project management experience is a plus
