Senior Program Manager, Product Operations – SaaS Supply Chain Platform

Kinaxis

• Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise software programs, with a focus on Platform initiatives, in close partnership with Product Management and Engineering. • Operate as a peer and execution partner to Product Managers and engineering leaders, translating strategy into executable plans, milestones, and decisions while driving alignment, transparency, and delivery outcomes. • Build and drive end to end execution plans for enterprise software and platform programs that require cross-team coordination. • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to translate strategy into executable, milestone-driven plans. • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across internal and external workstreams. • Ensure disciplined tracking of input and output metrics tied to platform capabilities, business outcomes, and delivery health. • Proactively identify blockers, call out issues directly, and drive resolution through clear ownership and escalation paths. • Maintain program artifacts, including plans, decision logs, risk registers, and dependency maps. • Drive path-to-green recovery plans with defined corrective actions, owners, and timelines. • Reduce friction and improve throughput across internal and externally managed workstreams. • Continuously improve delivery processes for predictability, efficiency, and scale. • Proactively build tools, templates, and lightweight automation to scale execution and team productivity. • Communicate programs clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences. Provide structured status reporting, risk escalation, and expectation management. Facilitate decision-making and maintain momentum across teams. Building strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Deployment, Support, and Customer Success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is considered an asset.
  • Project or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management within enterprise software, platform, or infrastructure environments (SaaS or complex B2B preferred).
  • Strong understanding of scalable systems, platform capabilities, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong fluency in AI-enabled tools and workflows, with a track record of using automation, data, and emerging technologies to streamline execution, improve reporting, and drive faster, more informed decisions.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to scale impact through AI.
  • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and improve delivery predictability across programs.
  • Strong leadership, judgment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Operates with a growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership for product outcomes.
