As a Business Development Consultant for Elastic International, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with senior leaders to shape how we grow across our international markets. You will help turn complex business challenges into clear plans with measurable outcomes. Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in consulting or a corporate strategy function — you know how to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. - An MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top business school is a plus, but your thinking matters more than your pedigree. - Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills — you're comfortable in a spreadsheet and can tell a story with data. - Strategic clarity and the ability to operate at both the 30,000-foot level and in the weeds when needed. - A solid grasp of the technology market — you understand enterprise software, SaaS dynamics, and what drives growth in this space. - You don't need to have all the answers yet — curiosity and drive matter as much as experience here. Benefits - Competitive pay based on the work you do here and not your previous salary. - Health coverage for you and your family in many locations. - Ability to craft your calendar with flexible locations and schedules for many roles. - Generous number of vacation days each year. - Increase your impact - We match up to $2000 (or local currency equivalent) for financial donations and service. - Up to 40 hours each year to use toward volunteer projects you love. - Embracing parenthood with a minimum of 16 weeks of parental leave.
