Technical Product Operations Specialist

• Ensure the reliability, usability, and operational effectiveness of digital products across all platforms • Own and execute user acceptance testing across all platforms, including mobile, web, and connected TV devices • Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for new features and releases • Validate functionality, usability, and performance prior to release • Conduct regression testing to ensure stability across updates • Validate product behavior across devices, operating systems, and environments • Configure and manage product settings, content configurations, and system parameters as needed • Partner with engineering teams to triage and resolve issues efficiently • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase reliability • Support release readiness by validating product and content from a technical and user perspective.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 4–6 years of experience in QA, product operations, technical support, or related roles
- Experience working with complex, multi-platform digital products strongly preferred
- Experience with QA methodologies, test planning, and execution
- Strong understanding of mobile, web, and connected TV platforms
- Experience working with CMS platforms, admin tools, or product configuration systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across systems and workflows
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) preferred
- Experience with bug tracking, logging, and debugging tools
- Comfort working with APIs, data structures, or system integrations is a plus.
