• Lead the design and build of R2’s enterprise control framework across key business and operational processes • Assess existing workflows and identify control gaps, failure points, manual dependencies, and areas of elevated operational risk • Map end-to-end processes and translate them into clear, scalable control points and operating procedures • Design preventive, detective, and monitoring controls that are practical, auditable, and aligned with business realities • Develop and formalize SOPs, control documentation, ownership structures, escalation paths, and remediation processes • Partner across Risk, Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Data teams to embed controls into daily operations and system workflows • Drive control implementation from concept through rollout, including stakeholder alignment, documentation, training, and follow-up • Establish governance around control execution, issue tracking, remediation, and evidence retention • Bring structure and discipline to how control failures are identified, escalated, root-caused, remediated, and closed • Apply a strong understanding of risk and control principles, including COSO-based thinking, to create a coherent and scalable controls environment • Operate independently with high ownership in an environment that is still building maturity, process discipline, and organizational muscle • Support management readiness for internal audit, external review, board-level discussions, or broader control maturity initiatives as needed.

• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees • Administering user access and permissions, primarily centralized through JumpCloud • Supporting user environments, including macOS and Windows systems • Troubleshooting IT-related issues and providing end-user support • Managing hardware and software asset inventory • Administering internal tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) • Creating and maintaining IT documentation and runbooks • Coordinating with vendors for hardware procurement and support • Supporting adherence to ISO 27001 standards by ensuring access controls and security measures are in place • Conducting periodic access reviews and audit support • Assisting in the monitoring and resolution of IT security alerts • Enforcing endpoint security policies across the organization

• Operate and monitor bank accounts across R2’s active markets (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Brazil) • Execute daily payment runs and manage proof-of-payment workflows • Maintain and update rolling cash forecast, tracking variances and flagging exceptions • Monitor cash balances across entities and support short-term liquidity planning • Maintain segregation-of-duties controls and support treasury policy compliance across all payment and reconciliation workflows in five markets. • Process transactions via multiple banking portals across R2s LatAm markets, • Coordinate with banks on account documentation, openings, and operational requirements • Support implementation of ERP treasury module and payment batch workflows • Process intercompany and cross-border wire transfers across multiple currencies and jurisdictions • Support and execution of FX monitoring and trading. • Coordinate with banking counterparts on FX transactions, settlement, and confirmation • Maintain and enhance internal reconciliation tools, dashboards, and treasury reports • Support system testing and implementations related to banking integrations and ERP modules • Identify and drive process automation, efficiency and AI improvements in treasury operations.

• Lead the end-to-end P2P process, from vendor setup to final payment approval, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. • Oversee vendor management, including onboarding, contract validation, and maintenance of supplier records. • Review and validate invoices for accuracy, appropriate coding, and proper authorization before processing. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely approval and payment of invoices. • Manage and oversee the BPO responsible for AP processing, including invoice registration, accruals, and payment execution. • Establish clear service-level agreements (SLAs), monitor BPO performance, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in deliverables. • Perform regular reconciliations and audits of BPO outputs to guarantee compliance with accounting policies and local tax requirements. • Maintain strong collaboration between the BPO, Treasury, and Accounting teams. • Identify and implement automation opportunities within the P2P cycle to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Develop and maintain standardized workflows, approval hierarchies, and internal control documentation. • Support digitalization initiatives and rollout of finance tools across entities. • Ensure adherence to internal control requirements and company policies. • Support external and internal audits related to AP transactions and account reconciliations. • Monitor and report key AP metrics, including aging, payment cycle time, and process efficiency.

• You will own the end-to-end roadmap and execution of R2’s GenAI platform capabilities, in close partnership with the Director of Product. • You will take ownership of scaled or operationally complex partner integrations once they mature beyond initial launch, ensuring long-term sustainability and standardization. • You will maintain and scale R2’s GenAI stack, including internal agents, orchestration layers, shared infrastructure, and platform tooling. • You will translate internal business use cases (Risk, Collections, Support, Marketing, Ops, etc.) into reusable, productized GenAI components. • You will ensure GenAI/Platform capabilities are: Standardized across teams, technically consistent, scalable by design, secure, observable, and measurable. • You will define prioritization frameworks for product initiatives and align stakeholders across teams that depend on shared infrastructure, working closely with Engineering to build, test, and deploy solutions. • You will work closely with Engineering to define architecture decisions, guardrails, and performance standards for Product initiatives. • You will drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Risk, Collections, Support, and Marketing to ensure platform leverage rather than duplicated effort. • You will identify fragmentation risks across agents, infrastructure, and integrations, and proactively centralize patterns and best practices. • You will ensure documentation, internal enablement, and governance mechanisms are in place for GenAI and partner platforms.

• Architect, build, and own scalable ELT pipelines, data orchestration, and the enterprise data warehouse. • Lead requirements analysis and solution design, ensuring an end-to-end view of the data ecosystem. • Own the operation, reliability, and monitoring of production data pipelines. • Drive data projects from ideation through execution, acting as the primary owner and decision-maker. • Design and implement standardized, analytics-ready data models that support reporting, experimentation, and advanced analytics. • Build reusable ingestion and integration frameworks for internal systems and external partners. • Establish and continuously improve automation, orchestration, and observability across data workflows. • Define and enforce data engineering standards, including modeling, testing, documentation, and deployment. • Integrate AI-enabled tooling and agents where appropriate to improve productivity and data operations. • Maintain high-quality technical documentation for architecture, pipelines, and processes. • Act as a technical mentor for Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers. • Provide guidance on design decisions, code quality, and architectural trade-offs. • Lead by influence—reviewing designs, unblocking teams, and driving alignment. • Support the maturation of the data team by modeling best practices and ownership mindset.
