• Lead delivery planning and execution for complex initiatives, pilots, or workstreams, translating product priorities into clear milestones, timelines, and commitments. • Partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to align delivery plans with roadmap intent, governance expectations, and evolving priorities. • Surface and manage risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints while facilitating informed tradeoff decisions and timely escalation when needed. • Facilitate key delivery rituals such as kickoffs, planning sessions, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination meetings that promote transparency, continuous learning, and iterative improvement across teams. • Facilitate change management efforts that support the adoption of new ways of working, helping teams navigate organizational and process changes while maintaining clarity, alignment, and momentum. • Maintain delivery artifacts, documentation, and tools to ensure accuracy, transparency, and shared understanding across teams. • Contribute to portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization processes by synthesizing inputs and preparing decision-ready information. • Provide clear delivery updates and insights to senior leaders in partnership with the Director of Project Management. • Mentor and support Associate Project Managers through modeling strong delivery practices, providing feedback, and sharing problem-solving approaches. • Identify opportunities to improve delivery systems, processes, and tools, piloting refinements that strengthen execution without creating unnecessary process overhead. • Model EdReports’ Core Values and DBIE commitments in execution, communication, and collaboration. • Other relevant duties as assigned to support the organization's strategic goals, with the expectation that all EdReports employees remain flexible and adaptable to evolving responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Passion for EdReports’ mission and vision, our core values, and our commitment to Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion, and Equity;
- 5–8 years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects, programs, or product delivery initiatives in agile, product-led, or similarly collaborative environments.
- Demonstrated success leading delivery for complex initiatives and facilitating team adoption of new processes, practices, or ways of working in product-led or iterative work environments.
- Strong judgment when managing ambiguity, evolving scope, and competing priorities.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing less-experienced colleagues through feedback, modeling best practices, or knowledge sharing (formal people management not required).
- Experience improving project delivery processes, operating rhythms, or team workflows through continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making.
- Experience using project management, collaboration, and reporting tools to support planning and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Residency in and authorization to work in the United States.
