Onboarding Senior Specialist
NCR Atleos
• Successfully manage project from project initiation to project closure • Lead meetings and conduct information gathering sessions with clients and internal resources • Create detailed project plans that includes timelines, resources, and dependencies • Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying and mitigating risks • Manage project teams of internal and external resources including vendors and customers • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for project status and escalations between NCR Atleos and the customer • Building and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including team’s members, clients, vendors, and executives throughout the project • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project progress updates and risk assessments • Regularly communicate with management to discuss resourcing constraints and to gain an understanding of specific priorities, constraints, and deadlines • Provide strong leadership and direction to all project stakeholders • Coordination and planning: Strategically plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, conference calls to ensure efficient execution of tasks and objectives. • Elicit requirements by working with Clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to thoroughly understand the scope • Gather work effort estimates and prepare pricing recommendations (as required) • Create comprehensive, unambiguous, and concise Statements of Work (as required) • Conduct rigorous post-implementation reviews and document key learnings for future enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of comprehensive project management experience in a technology environment.
- Project Management Certification(s) or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge in Project Management Methodologies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and skilled in MS Project or other project tracking tool.
- Ability to effectively elicit, articulate, and write requirements documents
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity while meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage issues and competing priorities; move with agility between tasks.
- Able to wear multiple hats navigating freely between business, technical, execution, operations, etc.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills to be used in continuous client-facing activities
