• Own ecommerce performance: revenue, conversion rate, AOV, acquisition efficiency, retention, and profitability. • Manage the end-to-end customer journey—site navigation, product discovery, landing pages, checkout, and post-purchase flow. • Drive merchandising strategy, including bundling, subscriptions, promotions, and product presentation. • Partner with marketing, retention, creative, and operations to align on growth initiatives. • Build scalable systems that improve acquisition efficiency and customer LTV. • Maintain oversight of website architecture, UX, and technical performance (Shopify stack). • Identify friction points and implement initiatives that move key metrics.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of ecommerce leadership experience, ideally in high-growth CPG or DTC.
- Track record of scaling revenue and improving conversion, AOV, and LTV.
- Deep experience with Shopify and modern ecommerce tools.
- Strong background in CRO, merchandising, and customer journey design.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, creative, and operations.
- Systems thinker who understands how pricing, promotions, site experience, inventory, retention, and acquisition interact.
