FIS

• Prospect and target new customers based in Mexico, operating in the financial services, payments, banking, and retail industries. • Work with branch managers and staff of assigned banks or partners to build relationships and educate small to midsized business owners about FIS products and services. • Identify new prospects and revenue opportunities, building new relationships from scratch and using a portfolio of target clients. • Retain and manage existing customers, focusing on overall customer success and satisfaction. • Deliver value and be a strong negotiator. • Leverage referred leads and self-cultivated leads to nurture your pipeline. • Connect with prospects to help improve their experience, cash flow, and bottom line. • Collaborate with sales teams and focus on growing the existing customer base.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and advanced level of English, both verbal and written
  • 8+ years of sales experience including research, discovering needs, recommending solutions, solving business problem, and customer retention
  • Knowledge of Mexico’s payments ecosystem, banking ecosystem, and financial solutions
  • Proven track record of new business solution selling, ideally within financial services, payments, banking, or similar industries such as financial software solutions or technology
  • A consultative approach and proven success identifying, influencing and presenting to C-suite and key decision makers
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills (concise and direct)
  • Confidence working in an autonomous environment where change is frequent
  • Disciplined and collaborative work ethic
  • Added bonus if you have: Experience using a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Residence in Mexico City to facilitate easy access to in-person meetings with prospective and current customers, as well as FIS leadership and teammates.
