Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a production environment
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Administrator a plus)
- Strong experience with user management, security model (roles, profiles, permission sets), and data governance
- Proficiency in Flow automation, reporting, dashboards, and core platform configuration
- Experience supporting regulated industries (utilities, energy, or government) preferred
- Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting capacity with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
