Senior Manager – Growth Marketing

• The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead REE Medical’s demand generation engine and own the daily lead volume that fuels our business. • This role owns the performance side of marketing: paid media, SEO, influencer marketing, conversion rate optimization, lead lifecycle and nurturing through HubSpot, and the cost-per-consultation metrics that define marketing’s contribution to growth. • You will own HubSpot strategy and roadmap, lead the build-out of lead-nurturing workflows that move prospects from first touch through consultation to conversion, manage external agency partners across paid, SEO, and influencer channels, partner with Sales on funnel performance, and lead the conversion rate recovery workstream that is one of the most important priorities of our 2026 plan. • Campaign Management: Partner closely with REE Medical’s external agency on demand generation campaign performance and optimization: collaborative briefing, weekly performance reviews, joint test design, and continuous iteration to drive lead volume and quality, cost-per-consultation, and conversion outcomes. • Lead Reporting: Own daily, weekly, and monthly lead-volume and lead-quality targets, conversion rates, and CPC goals that determine marketing’s return on investment. • Lead Quality: Lead the conversion rate recovery workstream: diagnostic, remediation, and ongoing optimization across the marketing-to-sales funnel. • Performance Marketing: Manage paid media agency performance across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms: budgets, targeting, creative testing, channel mix, and weekly performance cadence. • SEO and AI Search Management: Manage SEO agency, strategy, and roadmap (content strategy, keyword priorities, competitive keyword gap closure, and AI search rankings across existing and emerging generative engines. Partner with internal web resources to ensure back-end SEO and AI search readiness. • Influencer Management: Oversee influencer marketing campaign performance, partner vetting, creative briefing, measurement, and deliverables. • Cross-Channel Management: Own landing page strategy, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle email, and funnel test design across paid and organic traffic sources. • Referral Program Management: Own and grow REE Medical’s customer referral program, strategy, platform administration (Referral Rock), incentive structure, integrations with HubSpot and payment systems, and continuous optimization for participation and conversion rates. • HubSpot Strategy: Own HubSpot strategy and roadmap for marketing end-to-end: journeys, platform architecture, lead scoring model, MQL/SQL definitions, lead routing, attribution plumbing, campaign architecture, and integration requirements with other systems. • Performance Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Analyst on channel deep-dives, experimentation design, and pipeline health diagnostics. • Reporting: Develop and present weekly and monthly performance reporting for the CMO; contribute to board-level marketing updates. • Insights & Planning: Contribute to annual planning, budget allocation, and the multi-year growth marketing roadmap; stay current on shifts and competitive activity that influence demand and channel performance. • Leadership: Model rigorous, ethical, and data-driven marketing practice; mentor team members as the marketing organization grows.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • 7+ years of growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation experience with direct ownership of paid media budgets and lead-generation pipelines.
  • Proven track record managing external agency relationships across paid media, SEO, or influencer marketing, including the ability to hold agencies accountable to performance metrics.
  • HubSpot Experience: Marketing Hub roadmap, workflow planning, lead scoring strategy, attribution, campaigns, and integration with adjacent systems.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building lead-nurturing programs from scratch, across the full lifecycle from top-of-funnel education through customer-stage engagement, with measurable impact on conversion, pipeline velocity, and retention.
  • Marketing operator mindset: strategic thinking, and also a roll-up-your-sleeves and dig in to execute mindset. Self-starter who operates with minimal supervision, takes full ownership of outcomes, and proactively identifies and resolves issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, landing page strategy, and funnel analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort building data-driven business cases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience marketing in regulated, compliance-sensitive, or healthcare-adjacent categories strongly preferred (financial services, legal services, telehealth, behavioral health, or veteran-serving organizations).
  • Empathy for and understanding of the veteran community is a meaningful advantage; veteran and military-affiliated candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
