Growth Manager – EdTech, French Fluent
Paradox
• Design, launch, and analyze experiments (CRO & A/B Testing) — you run tests end-to-end: headlines, pricing, offers • Build funnels and assets (hands-on) — you map and construct funnels: Webflow landing pages, automations, tracking setup • Identify and remove friction — proactively find drop-off points in the user journey • Leverage AI — build prompt pipelines and lightweight automations; generate and iterate creatives with AI • Analyze the data — regular use of GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity • Contribute to channels and growth loops — collaborate with the team to test new acquisition angles and optimize growth loops
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products
- Demonstrable work you’ve built and shipped: tests, landing pages, automations, audience segments
- Daily use of AI to create leverage and solve complex problems
- French: Native or bilingual
- English: Fluent — able to discuss detailed topics with English-speaking colleagues

Role Description This is a fully remote role to be based in Malaysia. We will prioritise candidates who are based in Malaysia and do not require a work visa sponsorship. The Associate, Marketing Operations will be responsible for: - Formulating marketing plans and developing marketing strategies for new product launch and strengthening market penetration. - Managing campaign schedule, offer details, and project management tool on Monday.com. - Executing digital marketing campaigns and developing marketing materials timely, including but not limited to FB/IG ads, Google ads, eDM, T&C, campaign page creation, etc. - Developing campaign brief & creative brief based on direction by product marketing team and working closely with agency to ensure assets are delivered on time. - Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance on an ongoing basis to drive sustainable, profitable growth. - Working closely with commercial operations on marketing material asset approval, revision, and launch across channels accurately and on time. - Regularly reviewing the platform for content accuracy and operational efficiency. - Monitoring and analyzing market competitors and consumer insight to sharpen marketing programs on a regular basis. - Reporting any issues or discrepancies to the Product Manager and suggesting improvements to streamline processes.
