• Coordinate and support activities across Sea Pact's three strategic priority areas: Wild Sector Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and North American Aquaculture. • Support working group coordination, including scheduling, agenda development, and follow-up. • Contribute to tracking progress toward strategic plan goals and help maintain internal dashboards or reporting tools. • Assist in developing member-facing resources such as toolkits, templates, best practice guides, and educational materials. • Lead data collection efforts including member surveys and aggregated sourcing data initiatives. • Liaise with Sea Pact's sustainability advisors (typically conservation and seafood non-profits) to coordinate deliverables and information-sharing. • Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries related to strategic plan activities. • Help prepare materials for member meetings, working sessions, and webinars. • Support onboarding of new member companies. • Assist in coordinating Sea Pact's presence at industry events and conferences. • Develop and execute communications strategies that expand Sea Pact's profile and visibility among key audiences including member companies, funders, NGO partners, and the broader seafood industry. • Represent Sea Pact positively at industry events, conferences, and other meetings. • Draft and edit newsletter articles, blog posts, social media content, and other external communications. • Maintain and update Sea Pact's website content. • Identify and pursue opportunities to amplify Sea Pact's work through industry publications, conference speaking opportunities, award nominations, and partnership channels. • Support the development of reports, presentations, and other materials that communicate Sea Pact's impact to members, funders, and the broader industry. • Monitor relevant industry news and sustainability developments to identify timely communications opportunities.

• Originate institutional borrow demand across collateralized lending, trading and hedging strategies, structured credit, and liquidity products — from prime brokerages, trading firms, and asset-backed lending partners. • Build the borrower pipeline across three segments: (1) unique-market-access counterparties (e.g. RWAs); (2) committed-supply-at-scale borrowers (market makers, OTC desks, trading desks); (3) KYC-gated counterparties (regulated borrowers who cannot legally use open pools). • Structure and close term sheets — negotiate rate, term, size, and collateral; coordinate KYC, gating, and onboarding through to close. • Maintain the book you originate. Long-term relationship maintenance, renewal, and expansion are owned by Capital Markets. • Operationalize and document the first on-chain borrow products (starting with our current pilot) so the process is repeatable as deal volume grows, and manage inbound interest as we execute more deals. • Work cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Strategy & Growth, Product, and Engineering on operational integration • Contribute to credit terms guidance (what we offer, minimum rate, maximum term) set with Credit Risk.

• Managing and monitoring grants management administration for a portfolio of programs • Tracking the status of projects • Maintaining historical records • Managing timelines • Ensuring programs meet proposal conditions and expectations • Maintaining the grants database and ensuring all necessary information is accurate, up to date and readily available to partners and staff • Reviewing partner proposals each half-year and partner reporting each quarter, providing clear and concise feedback to the Water Program Manager for partner revisions • Scheduling and facilitating meetings, drafting reflective meeting minutes and team presentations, and monitoring action items from both team and partner meetings • Processing reports and managing the grant agreement process including drafting, reviewing for accuracy, finalizing, and ensuring timeliness and compliance with charity: water requirements • Writing and reviewing program-related copy for the fundraising team to use in external communications • Relaying the status of proposals and grants to other charity: water departments that utilize the data for reporting purposes • Assisting with travel arrangements for the Programs team including but not limited to managing travel agendas, flights, visas, and maintaining updated country information affecting travel • Managing a variety of administrative tasks needed by the Water Programs Manager and Portfolio Manager • Working collaboratively with each charity: water department to make sure their involvement in our water programs is maximized and efficient • Demonstrating a mastery of charity: water's systems, processes, administrative needs, and record-keeping at the associate level role

• Enters new applications and completes underwriting analysis. • Quotes and binds accounts in accordance with their Letter of authority. • Enters Monthly self-audit reports. • Handles cancellations & reinstatements. • Handles inquiries and requests from both agents and policyholders. • Issues policy endorsements as needed. • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
