• Conduct consultative sales meetings with leads qualified by the SDR team; • Diagnose the situation, needs, and objectives of each prospective client; • Lead commercial presentations and product/service demonstrations; • Prepare and present commercial proposals; • Execute structured follow-ups to increase close rates; • Log all interactions, activities, and opportunities in the CRM; • Keep the sales pipeline updated and organized; • Monitor commercial metrics such as conversion rate, number of meetings, proposals, and closures; • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimize the sales process; • Participate in training, alignment meetings, and continuous development; • Meet sales and revenue targets set by the company; • Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and contribute to the operation's development;
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in consultative sales, Inside Sales, as a Closer, or other commercial roles;
- Ability to conduct online meetings and commercial negotiations;
- Organized and disciplined in pipeline management and follow-ups;
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools;
- Target- and results-oriented profile;
- Availability to work full-time;
- Experience with high-ticket sales;
- Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, BANT, among others);
- Experience in Inside Sales operations;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Experience with financial products, investments, consortia, or advisory services.
