• You take strategic responsibility for the content performance of our clients • You lead strategy sessions with clients and refine their positioning and content direction • You develop content strategies for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube that deliver measurable performance • You build editorial calendars and scalable content systems that produce long-term results • You analyze watch time, drop-offs and performance data and derive concrete optimizations • You test new formats, iterate quickly and scale what works • You develop series and signature formats with strong brand recognition • You convert interviews and raw footage into high-performance content • You actively monitor platform trends and integrate them into your strategies • You use AI tools and automations (e.g., ManyChat) to turn content into lead magnets
• Independent consulting & account management for finance and real estate companies on topics such as content marketing, branding, sales, lead generation, company building, scaling, etc. • Negotiation and closing of contracts & selling additional services and renewals • Development and continuous improvement of products and internal processes • Constantly obtaining referral contacts • Ongoing enhancement of the customer experience • Identifying potential clients and business opportunities
• CRM management: structure Close, HubSpot & Pipedrive • Automation & AI: flows with Make/Zapier, webhooks, scoring, auto-tasks, email/WhatsApp sequences • Training & support: enablement for Sales/Account Management • Funnel building: create landing pages/one-pagers, run CRO tests, tracking setup • Google Workspace: structure, permissions, automations (Sheets/Drive)
• Responsible for closing deals with volumes of €48,000–€90,000 • Independent consulting and account management for finance and real estate companies • Negotiation and closing of contracts, and selling additional services • Drafting and further development of products and internal processes • Consistently obtaining referral contacts • Ongoing improvement of the customer experience • Identifying potential clients and business opportunities
