Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Closer (required);
- Experience in consultative sales and negotiation of high-value offerings;
- Communicative, persuasive, and goal-oriented profile;
- Strong closing skills: ability to overcome objections and finalize contracts efficiently;
- CRM knowledge: familiarity with lead management systems for organizing and tracking opportunities;
- Technology and digital tools: proficient with WhatsApp, video conferencing, Google Drive, and digital calendars;
- Suitable home office environment: quiet workspace, stable internet access, and basic equipment (computer and headset).
