Marketing Operations Manager

• Own the lead management process including scoring, MQL lifecycle and follow-up SLAs. • Partner with marketing, sales, sales ops, and rev ops to monitor lead quality and optimize conversion. • Design & maintain audience segmentation frameworks to power campaigns. • Process event and campaign lists, use AI and enrichment tools to identify ICP contacts. • Maintain campaign data integrity, ensuring campaign responses are captured cleanly and consistently. • Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, etc.) to drive utilization.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, strong understanding of lead management, campaign operations, data quality, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach to problem solving.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Role Description Kiva is seeking an Email Marketing Operations Associate to help support the execution and continuous improvement of our email and lifecycle marketing programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle & Email, this role will help build scalable operational processes that enable the Growth & Lifecycle team to execute increasingly sophisticated programs efficiently and consistently. Working closely with Growth & Lifecycle, Product, Creative, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams, you'll support campaign execution, marketing operations, and process improvements that help deliver personalized communications to Kiva's global community. This role offers a strong foundation in marketing operations, with opportunities to grow over time into broader responsibilities across campaign management, marketing operations, and lifecycle marketing. Role Description The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as Learning.com’s HubSpot owner and primary marketing systems operator, sitting within the Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the HubSpot infrastructure that powers campaign execution, lead management, automations, and marketing performance visibility. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this person will work as a close partner to the Salesforce Administrator—aligning on data architecture, lead flow, and system integration to ensure HubSpot and Salesforce operate as a cohesive revenue platform. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot-native operator who is as comfortable building nurture workflows as they are troubleshooting sync errors and maintain a strong marketing analytics perspective for data driven recommendations.
