Job Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on Adobe Marketo experience in enterprise environments
- Strong background in B2B marketing automation and complex lifecycle models
- Proven experience as a senior Marketo administrator, business analyst, and functional consultant
- Deep expertise in Marketo order of operations
- Extensive experience with Salesforce integration and B2B data models
- Experience working within large, multi-tool marketing technology ecosystems
- Marketo certifications strongly preferred

Role Description Kiva is seeking an Email Marketing Operations Associate to help support the execution and continuous improvement of our email and lifecycle marketing programs. Role Description The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as Learning.com’s HubSpot owner and primary marketing systems operator, sitting within the Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the HubSpot infrastructure that powers campaign execution, lead management, automations, and marketing performance visibility.
