Role Description The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as Learning.com’s HubSpot owner and primary marketing systems operator, sitting within the Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the HubSpot infrastructure that powers campaign execution, lead management, automations, and marketing performance visibility. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this person will work as a close partner to the Salesforce Administrator—aligning on data architecture, lead flow, and system integration to ensure HubSpot and Salesforce operate as a cohesive revenue platform. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot-native operator who is as comfortable building nurture workflows as they are troubleshooting sync errors and maintain a strong marketing analytics perspective for data driven recommendations. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience—workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, email, forms, landing pages, and reporting. - HubSpot certifications a plus (Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, or Marketing Software). - Deep familiarity with HubSpot’s native Salesforce integration—including sync configuration, field mapping, inclusion lists, and troubleshooting. - Experience building and managing nurture programs, behavioral triggers, and smart segmentation in HubSpot. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - EdTech experience a plus. - Knowledge, experience, and an overall curiosity leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) for optimization of marketing and business practices.
