Role Description As Claroty scales globally, the Manager, Global Order Management is a pivotal role at the intersection of Finance and Go-to-Market — ensuring every deal closes cleanly and every dollar is booked accurately. You will serve as the operational owner of commercial governance, deal booking, contract lifecycle management, and order-to-cash execution across all regions. This role is fully remote, but eligibility is restricted to candidates currently residing in the US Eastern Time Zone. Candidates living in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones will not be considered at this time. Responsibilities - Manage, mentor, and develop a global Order Management team. - Own the global post-signature order management process and ensure timely and accurate booking of customer contracts. - Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deal structures and booking exceptions. - Review and approve high-value and non-standard transactions. - Ensure compliance with booking policies and ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements. - Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Application, Operations, and other teams. - Drive process automation and scalability across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. - Lead Salesforce workflow optimization initiatives. - Support monthly and quarterly close activities. - Maintain audit-ready documentation and support SOX compliance efforts. - Own ARR tracking and deliver performance reporting to Finance leadership. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and stronger controls. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Quote-to-Cash functions within a SaaS or technology company. - 2+ years of people management experience. - Strong understanding of SaaS business models, ARR metrics, contract lifecycle management, and Order-to-Cash processes. - Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles. - Deep expertise with Salesforce, CPQ, Orders, and Approval workflows. - Experience supporting global sales organizations and complex deal structures. - Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software. - Familiarity with NetSuite ERP. - Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls. - Experience leading automation, transformation, or systems implementation projects. - Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation, data analysis, or revenue operations intelligence.
