Regional Portfolio Manager – Europe

• Own the overall success of the implementation project portfolio within your region. • Develop long-term implementation strategies aligned with customers' business objectives. • Ensure implementation projects deliver measurable business value and expected business outcomes. • Lead portfolio governance across multiple customer accounts and implementation projects. • Provide strategic guidance to customers and partners throughout complex implementation programs. • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. • Proactively identify delivery risks across the portfolio and define mitigation strategies. • Drive continuous improvements in delivery quality, governance, and implementation methodologies. • Mentor and lead Delivery Assurance Leads responsible for operational project oversight. • Collaborate with Project Managers, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure implementation programs achieve sustainable business results. • Monitor portfolio health through delivery metrics, implementation progress, project performance, and business outcomes. • Promote best practices in project management, delivery governance, and implementation excellence across the region.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Delivery, Consulting, Portfolio Management, or Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise implementation portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation methodologies and delivery governance.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and C-level management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong passion for delivery excellence and successful enterprise implementations.
