Marketing and Sales Operations Assistant

• Monitor shared outbound sales inboxes and respond to prospects using approved templates and guidelines • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records • Organize contacts, opportunities, and sales activities • Categorize incoming responses (Interested, Follow-up Later, Not Interested, Unsubscribe, etc.) • Escalate qualified sales opportunities promptly to the Sales team • Support outbound marketing campaigns and operational activities • Maintain high standards of data quality and organization • Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing and sales • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to improve processes and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
