• Own marketing operations across all four brands • Architect, build, maintain, and optimize the marketing technology foundation that powers our GTM engine • Administer and optimize our marketing automation instances across all four brands (Pardot) • Define scoring and grading models, MQL thresholds, and the automation programs • Manage platform health: Email deliverability, database capacity strategy, CRM sync integrity, form infrastructure, etc. • Oversee the lead lifecycle domain end to end, from first website touch to sales-ready pipeline • Ensure funnel definitions and lifecycle consistency across brands • Partner with Salesforce admin team for lead routing and assignment assessment • Maintain attribution and campaign influence integrity for measurable marketing impact • Diagnose and fix lifecycle automation issues quickly and at the root • Collaborate with campaign ops and marketing teammates for segmentation, list strategy, usage-data driven campaigns, and automation design • Manage relevant AI tools and vendor relationships, serving as the go-to contact for the martech stack

• Define and execute test strategies, determining what to automate, what to test manually, and appropriate test coverage levels across projects and products • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for UI (e.g., Playwright & Selenium) and API (e.g., Postman) testing • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions & Jenkins) to ensure tests run on every build and deployment • Conduct performance, load, and reliability testing (e.g., k6, JMeter) to ensure systems handle real-world usage at scale • Work closely with developers and product teams to advocate for better design, testability, and shifting quality left in the development lifecycle • Use AI-assisted tools to support test generation, exploratory testing, defect triage, and root cause analysis • Evaluate where AI can improve QA workflows while ensuring outputs are validated, maintainable, and secure • Identify, log, and track defects; assist with reproduction and debugging to accelerate resolution • Continuously improve test coverage, reduce flaky tests, and optimise test execution speed • Review and contribute to technical documentation, test plans, and quality metrics reporting • Perform ad hoc QA activities such as testing hotfixes, planning test coverage, executing test plans, and assisting with patch releases • Evaluate and recommend new testing tools, technologies, and AI-enabled practices to elevate team quality standards

• Solve high-impact problems across CKEditor and CKSource products, spotting where AI or automation can add value. • Work with product and engineering stakeholders to clarify goals, scope, and success metrics. • Design pragmatic end-to-end solutions across the editor, backend services, and other portfolio products. • Prototype quickly, iterate with feedback, and evolve the best ideas into production features. • Build integrations and platform patterns (APIs, workflows, ecosystems) that extend product capabilities. • Influence technical direction and best practices across teams, helping others adopt new tools effectively. • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development (agents, reviews, testing, ops) to improve how we build and ship software.

• Design, build, and maintain backend services for CKEditor 5 - including REST APIs, real-time streaming, event-driven processing, and data persistence. • Build and maintain a multi-service architecture with message queues, caching, and async communication patterns. • Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the highest quality results. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, balancing readability with appropriate documentation. • Share best practices on programming standards, tools, and processes to foster continuous improvement.
