Role Description We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Operations Assistant to support our outbound marketing and sales activities across both Azurreo and SignalVerify. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating professionally, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You will play an important role in keeping our outbound sales engine running efficiently by managing prospect communications, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and gain exposure to international B2B sales and marketing operations while developing valuable professional skills. - Monitor shared outbound sales inboxes and respond to prospects using approved templates and guidelines. - Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records. - Organize contacts, opportunities, and sales activities. - Categorize incoming responses (Interested, Follow-up Later, Not Interested, Unsubscribe, etc.). - Escalate qualified sales opportunities promptly to the Sales team. - Support outbound marketing campaigns and operational activities. - Maintain high standards of data quality and organization. - Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing and sales. - Work closely with the Marketing Manager to improve processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications - 0–2 years of professional experience. - Fluent English (written and spoken). - Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude. - Strong willingness to learn and grow. Requirements - Previous experience or internship in administration, sales support, marketing, customer service, or operations. - Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). - Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. - Experience with email management tools is a plus.
