We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative, who is fluent in German, to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of HVAC-R customers across the DACH region. This is a client-facing, high-volume sales role conducted primarily through digital channels (phone, video, email), offering a modern alternative to traditional field sales. This can be a hybrid or fully remote position with occasional travel to our office in Aachen. Key Responsibilities of the Role - Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC-R OEM customers via remote channels (video, phone, email) - Manage a high-volume, diverse portfolio of regional accounts across DACH, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up - Conduct regular customer check-ins to understand needs and identify growth opportunities - Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across the full product and solutions portfolio, clearly translating technical value into customer benefits - Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations within defined frameworks - Own and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and documentation - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating internally to deliver a seamless customer experience - Identify and develop “hidden champions” within customer organizations to expand business potential - Monitor HVAC-R market trends, competitor activity, and customer challenges to inform sales strategy - Engage with agents and support indirect sales channels where relevant - Proactively identify new opportunities within existing accounts and the wider market Required Skills and Qualifications - 1–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or technical sales - Proven ability to manage a broad portfolio with strong prioritization, time management, and follow-up discipline - Experience working towards targets and sales quotas in a high-volume environment, with a results-driven mindset - Strong communication skills, particularly in remote/digital customer engagement - Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to build lasting relationships - Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines - Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly understand and communicate product value - Fluency in English and German Preferred Skills and Qualifications - Experience within HVAC-R or a related technical industry - Understanding of mechanical and/or electronic components - Exposure to OEM customer environments - Additional Eastern European language skills (French is highly desirable for the France-focused role) - Demonstrated proactive “hunter” mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-evolving, international sales environment If this sounds like you, please apply! Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 with a sales commission of $35,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
